Bacon is always better when it's made small-batch, using traditional methods so as a subscriber, each month you will receive a block (approx. 250gm) of our hot-smoked bacon done in our signature cure*.
Over time, we will also introduce some specialty flavours for you to try and also subscribe to.
Orders are closed off at the 15th of each month, and we then cure and smoke to order.
It's only $15 (plus $10 delivery).
*We use nitrites in the curing of our bacon
