Moonshine BBQ’s return policy is simple – if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the unused portion of the product within 30 days of puchase for a full refund.

• If you are seeking a refund, please contact us via email – hq@moonshinebbq.com.au to arrange a return label.
• Refunds can be arranged in either a refund to your payment method or store credit.
• Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must in the original packaging.
