Brisket is, in many ways, the king of BBQ. The new Moonshine BBQ Brisket Rub takes our already competition winning beef rub and layers some additional flavours in to really bring to life.
All of the usual suspects are in the rub, with the addition of coffee and herbacious hit of thyme, and of course, our signature Moonshine BBQ pepper blend, producing an amazing rich bark and complex flavour profile that will make sure there is no such thing as brisket leftovers.
Our Brisket Rub has been specially designed to give a flavourful crust to the biggest of all BBQ meats, the brisket, but will work perfectly on any big beefy cut like short ribs, tri-tip and more.
